We pride ourselves on offering customers the best range of the best traders from all over the country. We offer some of the best venues, with the best crowds in the NorthWest. From the large weekend fairs like St.Helens, to the smaller midweek fairs like Fleetwood, traders have the choice of market to sell to. If you're a trader we'd like you to join our circuit.

We are always trying to increase the number of customers coming to our fairs. The more people who attend, the more possible sales you could have.

We offer some of the best value table rates in the country. When combined with the Circuit Discount, for traders who attend most of our fairs, prices are no longer an overhead. The less your overheads, the cheaper you can put your prices, the more items you're likely to sell.

Trader Information:
Booking Forms
All bookings must be made by booking form (phone office for faxed/mailed copy) If booking less than a week from the required fair, please phone to check availability first. Tables are limited to availability. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Confirmation
All bookings by booking form will be confirmed by us. Regular spots and space allotment can only be guaranteed with prepayment.

On Fair Days
Traders must not arrive later than 30 minutes before the start of the fair. We cannot guarantee any allotted spaces after this time.
Doors usually open from 2 1/2 hours prior to the start of the fair for traders to set up. Please phone for exact times..

New Traders
All new traders must complete a Trader Registration Form (available from office - phone for a faxed/mailed copy). We cannot take bookings unless we have a completed registration form.
Cancellations
48 hours notice must be given for cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less notice, you will still be charged for your space. If no notice is given, we may not take any bookings from you in future.
All bookings are subject to ACF Terms and Conditions.
